Congratulations to our Member of the Month Rob Hooper!
Rob has been unstoppable since he started classes at our Frid Street location just a few months ago. When time permits, Rob has been doing two workouts a day and the results he’s seen have been amazing. We asked Rob why he joined Momentum Frid and he said,
I was challenged by my friend and a fellow Momentum member to join her at the gym..since I recently set goals to lose weight, be in better shape and start to train for a marathon, I thought this was a good place to get moving.
In just a few month Rob has already lost a fair amount of weight is now back into a healthy routine. When asked what his secrets for success are Rob said,
Momentum is the reason for this change in lifestyle but at the same time, I have challenged myself and set goals.
Rob’s other words of advice…
I find having a partner to workout with motivates and encourages me during the workout, so seek out someone at your level, make friends and have a great time!
Having a set schedule and class to go to keeps me accountable and the instructors are also really motivating and following their workouts mean I don’t have to think about what to do when I get to the gym.
