Not only will you work that extra bit harder to get those final reps out, having a personal trainer there beside you will provide you with the confidence and the know-how for each of your exercises.

They’ll take all factors into account, including injuries, health issues, diet and lifestyle. They’ll progress you through a series of exercises at a pace that is comfortable, yet challenging enough. If you’re just starting out, you can meet with a Coach to get everything you need to start your fitness journey. If the gym is your home away from home, try a Coach to help you with your form and periodization.

Our Coaches know a lot about our members, including what motivates them, their goals, and when they workout.
