Congratulations to Trish Loomis who is our Member of the Month for October 2016. Trish joined our George Street location in January of 2016 with one simple goal: to be in the best shape of her life when she turned 40. With two young children and a growing career, Trish had neglected her personal fitness and she eagerly wanted to get back to better health.
She started working with Craig two times per week and on her off days she ran on the treadmill or along the rail trail. In a short time Trish saw amazing results. She lost more than 20 pounds, reduced her body fat by 11% and increased lean muscle. At the same time, she ran a personal best 10K at the Around the Bay Road Race in April. As her training progressed, so too did the difficulty of her workouts. Craig continually increased the intensity of exercises and movements and Trish was always up for the challenge.
This month, Trish turned 40 and absolutely obliterated her goals. She is in the best shape of her life and most importantly she has established the routine and habits necessary to maintain her achievements.
We are so proud of Trish and her commitment to living a healthy, active life.
